Reservation and Rental Terms

To rent a bike, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. You must also provide a credit card for payment and sign a rental agreement. We reserve the right to refuse rental if we believe that you are not fit to operate a motorcycle.

Reservations can be made online or by phone. We require a deposit at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Rentals are for a minimum of one day and can be extended on a daily basis. You must return the bike on the agreed date and time. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

1. Please keep the vehicles clean&safe
2. There is a km limit 250/24hrs.
3. Exceeding kms is chargeable below 150cc 3/km above 150cc 5/km.
4. Once booked the payment is not refundable.
5. Fuel charges are not included.
6. A fee of Rs 200/-hr is applicable for vehicles returned late for30 mins. Then Full Day fine is applicable ,
for a maximum period of 2 hours which a full day rental amount will be charged.
7. Extra helmet charged 100.
8. Self damage Payable.
9. Plz deposit your original Proof Voter/pan/ Licence as Security.
10.Please check the bike clearly before delivery, thereafter any complaints Like Anyway regarding bike will not be responsible by authorities That’s even Puncture, Tire Brakege Etc.. Take proper photograph of bikes And Inspect Fully for future Reference

Insurance and Liability

All our bikes come with comprehensive insurance coverage, including third-party liability. However, you are responsible for any damages to the bike during the rental period, including theft, loss, or accident. You must report any damages to us immediately and pay for the repairs or replacement.

You must also follow all traffic rules and regulations while operating the bike. We are not responsible for any fines, penalties, or other legal consequences resulting from your violation of traffic laws.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Kerala, India. Any dispute arising from your use of our website or services shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala.
